New Board of Directors for the period 2025-2028
Read below about the elections and the new Board of Directors of the GFM for the period 2025-2028:
The Greek Forum of Migrants implemented the 6th elections for the Board of Directors, which will be active for the period 2025 - 2028.
Athens, 13/09/2025
After the announcement - notification to the communities / members of the GFM, the procedure of the 6th election of the Board of Directors took place on Saturday 13th of September, 2025. The quorum required, was succeeded, and the representatives body elected the Electoral Commission:
- Adla Shashati, Greek-Sudanese Community in Greece
- Kostandina Menka, Albanian Community in Greece
- Nini Lomsadje, Georgian Community CAUCASUS
After the completion of the procedure, the Board of Directors selected for the next 3 years (2025-2028) is consisted by the following synthesis:

Secretary General: Rovena Xjori, Albanian Community in Greece
Deputy: Taher Alizadeh - Afghan Migrant & Refugee Community in Greece
